Rick, Kerry tried every trick, or lie, in the books to try and get elected. My bet is that no plan actually existed in his twisted brain.

I think Kerry's plan was you had to be 75 years old to begin collecting benefits. Apparently he said, " If you aint smart enough to MARRY IT you are too dumb to get it at 65" or something like that. jdn
