Personal accounts don't directly address the problem, but they make make addressing the problem more paletable. For a long time personal accounts were promoted in a way that, shall we say, finessed the fact that they don't fix the problem and a lot of people are under the mistaken impression that they will. I suppose so, but I wasn't talking about how they were promoted. Sort of like the infamous mistaken impression people had that Iraqis had destroyed the WTC. Some people probably still think that. Not that much like it, unless your asserting that the administration promoted the idea that Iraq destroyed the WTC. Tim
