One alternative to the voucher system is charter schools. Are you at all familiar with those? They offer a lot of options to be more individualistic and creative, a lot more educational choices for children, they compete with neighborhood public schools which in theory would keep the neighborhood schools administrators on their toes and trying to improve, but at the same time don't drain tax dollars from public schools. What is your opinion of these as an option?
