Bush has the lowest ratings of any 2nd term president since WWII. Karl Rove though is very-very tricky. He's never lost an election, and run a big smear campaign every single time. Yes Bush won, as did Clinton in his second term, but now and looking forward, the rightwing movement is in big trouble. They've shown their true faces, and those faces are ugly, dishonest and extremist. Most Americans are either fed up or in the process of deciding they're fed up. That's good news. America is finally waking up.
