Not really. She lied to the judge in her documents. If you read my response to her affidavit which she posted you would see that it was proven with exhibits. Mary posted it here: mary.cc The judge made a quick ruling without making any mention of my response to the affidavit. On the other hand my motion in opposition is still pending and has not yet been ruled on. We will see who wins in the end. It is too early for Mary to be celebrating. She thought she had won before but it didn't happen then either.
