You cannot prove one Smearvet claim true.

The LA Times did exhaustive research into the Cambodia story and found Kerry was indeed in Cambodia 3-4 times that winter, though not on christmas day. Chief liar O'Neill blasted Kerry for lying, saying Swifties were never in Cambodia, neglecting to remember he'd told Nixon about his trips to Cambodia 30 years ago. The SWiftVets were the ferry service for the CIA's Phoenix Program. That was a secret program shuttling hit teams behind enemy lines to strike terror into the hearts of the enemy or quasi enemy. Those strikes knew no borders.

Rightwing extremist vets want to erase Phoenix, lying that it never happened. But they know damn well it did.

Kerry dramatizes in his "Christmas" speech for effect, but yes indeed he was there. Multiple times. Though no border markers are posted so no one (including you or the smearvets) can prove it for sure one way or another.
