The insurgents failed in their attack on Abu Ghraib. The reason why the insurgents mostly attack police officers and national guard? When they attack U.S. forces, they die. Sure they might get a few of ours, but its a suicide mission on their part each and every time. They've lost hundreds in single engagements. There was incident where they attacked an M1 tank with a recoiless rifle. That won't work today, tomorrow or a thousand years from now.
