Thanks for the Replies: The Refinery Story Developed Very quickly there in the market and sort of topped out, from a trading perspective, with the VLO/PCO deal. However, I would argue the situation with Heavy Crude, Inventories, Distillates, and the looming 4th quarter remains arcane gobbledygook for most people. In other words, the bulk of the learning curve largely lies ahead. The story has barely unfolded. RE: PCO. Did the Blackstone Group put PCO together? The geniuses of Greewhich have struck several times recently. They put together coal properties and launched an ipo (Foundation Coal) right as the story was coming together. LP
