Wayne, lay off the extremist rightwing propaganda. Kerry killed more communists than all rightwinger leaders put together. He protested the war because he saw how wrong it was first-hand, including atrocities, insane destruction, pointlessness and huge cost to America, and he realized that the most Patriotic and righteous thing he could do was to help stop it, even it hurt him personally. Kerry therefore, was both a hero in battle and one back home. Of course don't expect extremist rightwinger to admit Vietnam was all wrong. To them, it was "just a buncha commie gooks" and they all deserved to die horrendous deaths. Little do these rednecks know that the Gulf Of Tonkin attack never happened and that the entire war was escalated based on a complete lie. Not only that but poor little Vietnam never threatened us in the least.
