That's quite possible. Their is the a lot of special interest resistance, demagoguery and just plain inertia that will make reform difficult.

The Prez seems to believe that it's possible, at least that's what he's been saying. He spent a hundred days touring the country insisting that it's not only possible but he's making it the centerpiece of his second term. I agree with Tim that it's possible, just not guaranteed.
