Rightwing evangelicals are not real christians. If you study what they're preaching, and especially the ones into money and politics, they are doing the opposite of what christ taught. Despite their rapturous words and smiles, they are very deluded, divisive, hateful, corrupt and tyrannical. Read "Salvation for Sale" by Pat Robertson's top TV producer. It will open your eyes. On balance, these rightwing evangelicals are more evil than good. And that's bad for this country because they are influencing our government way too much. They are also a militant minority, nowhere close to a majority even within the Christian church.
