SPRL is a pink sheet stock.

OTOH PJTG(E) .03 is for now an OTC BB stock. Will it go to pink sheets?

They may possibly have other serious issues with respect to the mechanics of the spinoff. If they are transferring a substantial portion of their assets, creditors may decide to step in. This could be one of the reasons for the tanking of PJTG(e). Balance sheet could be substantially affected and creditors could argue that they need to be protected.

What sec filings are you referring to?

What data are you looking at? How can you
expect anyone to verify it without looking
at it also?

What would occur next if they are in violation of what?

If they are WAY behind in something, wouldn't they already
be in violation? Has something happened yet?

What point are you trying to get across today?
That you have no clue!
