Bush in office is so far great for NK. That little country with no economy has gained international stature during Bush's ill-gotten reign. So, will they test or won't they? If they have two nukes, they can't test. With 6 or 8 (400% suspected increase in nukes SINCE BUSH GOT INTO OFFICE) nukes they can test. Will that get them economic aid or toppled? I vote economic aid since China really doesn't want them that unstable. Turkey didn't want Iraq this unstable but the Turks aren't as important these days as the Communist Capitalist Chinese.
