Fraud is fraud. Are you excusing it based on your perception of how important it was because of the size? Do you know how close the other elections were on the ballot? No you don't. Do you know how important the extended hours could affect the outcome for that precinct? Fraud is fraud. From a check kiter to ENR and beyond. All guilty of same crime.
