Mish, they already have one called WPS Office, which can be used across both Linux and Window. I will see whether I can find a multilanguage copy. I think they should have it.

I use the well-designed OpenOffice on Linux and Windows. It's free, and evolving into a very nice product. It isn't as polished as MS Word or Excel, but costs a lot less and is improving every six months or so. I don't see a competitive niche opening up for a software company from China with a free product like OpenOffice already two or three generations ahead. Microsoft's only hope to sustain their near-monopoly is their proprietary rights' management scheme.
