Ted, Unmentioned Energy Fix: A 55 M.P.H. Speed Limit

I'm driving like 80 MPH on California's highways, just like everyone else, and people still pass me. That includes big pickup trucks and SUVs, two types of vehicles that really shouldn't be driving over 80 no matter what.

That alone makes me wonder how popular the return of the 55 MPH speed limit might be.
