Arvins brother is Prof at London School of Econ as well as in Durban which he loves. I just wondered as this is suppose to be one incredible area.

Back to property I was at looking VA foreclosures. None almost on west coast but Colorado has quite a few. It makes me wonder if part of the reason CA is doing well is because we are a port.

Problem is with our property costs being so high priced we have to pass that on to the rest of the nation.
