The rightwingers definitely threatened judges, liar. In fact at the Schindler family prayer gathering afterward they actually prayed for the judges to die, all conservative judges I might add, not that that makes any difference. Tom Delay called in and gave his support. When they say there's going to be "hell to pay" they don't just mean at the ballot box. Eric Rudolph types are their weapons. Pat Robertson had also preached sermons where he calls for his flock to pray that liberal judges be sent to the "great courtroom in the sky". This kind of pathological hatred and sadism permeates the rightwing, which may be why they don't seem to mind war at all. In fact they seem to like war. It turns them on. Even though Jesus clearly was against wars and said "blessed are the peacemakers".
