Clinton's appeasement of N Korea got the ball rolling. Then Clinton provided them with the means to develop them - really stupid. Then Clinton utterly failed to monitor N Korea as they continued to develop their nuclear weapons program throughout the Clinton Admin. ...On Oct. 16, 2002 North Korean government officials admitted their country had secretly continued development of nuclear weapons in violation of a 1994 non-proliferation agreement with the United States. ....
