Every single smearvet claim has been discredited and exposed as either an lie or a scurrilous partisan interpretation or coverup. Every single one. There are no exceptions. You can make all the exucses you want, but it was nothing but a low-down dirty un-American smear campaign throwing out lies only a Neo Nazi extremist type should be giving any credence to. Also, follow the money. Today we found out Tom DElay's foundation gave Smearvet funder Perry a 26 million buck contract. The Smearvets may be busted as a GOP-paid smear campaign after all. Remember, when they first came out they lied about two things in particular: - They said they were not connected to the GOP - They said they served with Kerry (except for Gardner who wasn't in those ads, untrue, in fact 99% of them never met Kerry in Nam, including O'Neill himself)
