The view, 40 years ago, looking north towards Robben Island, in the distance (where Mandela was imprisoned). Many of the apartment blocks have now been rebuilt, including the one where I lived.

i was unable to post property pictures here but it here we are able to buy magnificent ocean frontage property top notch for about 10m to 24m

A very nice condo/apt for about 2M. I do not know what the dues are however.

So to me it looks like your bubble is greater than our bubble is.
