I think the Federal Government needs to have as much control as they will pay for. Far too many programs have been started and then downloaded completely onto the provinces.... OTOH I believe that government employees on the top levels are hugely overpaid and vastly underworked..... so Top level Government employees to Baffin Island too..... You know, maybe Quebec would rejoin Canada just to send all the politico's to Baffin Island.... Do you think we could move the provincial parliaments there too????? Parliament will be in session 11 months of the year, and they can come home from December 15 to January 15....
