Bwhaha - too true Slagle - what software are you using - have you heard of quotetracker? I just got through listening to kaultbaum - he is saying 40% drop in real estate in some markets - but also that the market in stocks could double from here. You know that bust may be bad for some, but the new people coming to america are gonna have a great buy on cheap houses and condos that are really nice after the bust. Phil says give the rally 4 days at least - we are 2 days into this one - what do you think? Kaultbaum didn't like the prices going up today on light volume - he says rallys on big volume or it will fail. HAHA - he said he never won ben steins money! HAHA - he is killing me tonight.
