an Italian investigation released late Monday found that stress and inexperience among U.S. soldiers played a role in the shooting. The Italians are being dumb now. Of course the US soldiers were stressed, they thought they were at risk of dying. This was a war zone you know. Of course inexperience played a role. Let's have a raise of hands of everyone who has experience shooting at occupied moving vehicles. If the car was an airplane, we would call it pilot error. The Italian pilot failed to take appropriate action.
