So who signed this work of a true genius, one of the best US presidents ever and a liberal hero? But of course he deserves BIG credit for his amendment to the North Korea treaty of having a video camera 24/7 coverage of their plutonium "side kick" capable of producing 650Kg of that per year...


You do know that Carter pre empted Clinton on NK; that it did not go down the way Clinton wanted.
