The biographer, Brinkley, has stated that he had full access to Kerry's military records. For that to happen, a form 180 would have had to be signed.

Besides, Kerry came under attack from the Swift boat liars, who twisted every known record into an attack. Why would Kerry release his records to these sharks? In the middle of a tough campaign, throwing cord wood on an already out of control fire...while Bush hides behind his scant record claiming full disclosure...what a joke.

You're incessant demand that Kerry divulge his private military record is without reason. Perhaps in the absence of such a flagrant attack by the republican dirty tricks division, Kerry would have released his records, save perhaps his medical records, because there might be some private information in there, including perhaps a shot for the clap...which he understandably would like to remain private.
