Hi Cow,

I've tried reinstalling the program, but when the uninstall Shield starts, I get a message that says the program has a missing file and that I need to uninstall the program prior to reinstalling it.

How's that for a catch 22?

The only thing that I know to do at this time is to going into XP Explore and manually delete the files of the affected program. I really don't want to go this way as I may cause further problems by ending up with a partial removal of the program.

What a mess.
