At least we agree on something today. I assume.

I know that Pinksheets LLC wants the "piggy-back qualified" non-reporting companies to disclose publicly every quarter and to report material changes. It should be this way so people can make a proper investment decision. Also, it gives Pinksheets $500 per year per company in revenue.

As of today, SPRL is still a reporting company! No if's or buts'.
