I was just in Vegas and LA. Both markets have very little for sale (or even for rent) in either new or older communities which amazed me. They are building in Henderson, a suburb of Vegas at a pace I've never seen before and I'm from Florida. Prices are at such a ridiculous level now you just know it's a matter of time before this ponzi scheme collapses but we are not there yet.
