Fresc The scandal we know about was 250 million dollars. The real scandal is that the real tax rate in Canada is now 49% for a family making 75,000$. The health care system is broke, the roads where I live are terrible, and the Canadian Government did nothing for the first 10 months Paul Martin was in office. Before he adopted the NDP and Jack Layton they were terrible Socialists who would destroy the country, and now they are saving Canada by increasing spending. How much past 50% tax on family incomes are we willing to go???? Paul Martin and his liberal friends have raised the anger of Quebec and the vote for separatism by a huge amount in order to pad the pockets of their bagmen. Since they appointed the Judges, and the Senate, who can we depend on to get to the bottom of the problems. Certainly not the finance minister who had no idea where the money came from or went. The Liberal party has in it's years in power devastated the Armed Forces, ruined our health care system, and now may destroy the country by fanning the flames of Separatism in not just Quebec, but in other provinces as well. And the cow like Canadian Voters are too stupid to react. The difference between Paul Martin calling an election in 6 months and now is that Paul Martin has spent or offered to spend $533 million dollars each day since the manure hit the fan. How long can we as Canadians afford to let Paul Martin try to buy another election with our tax dollars.

Where are the quality people in the Liberals? John McCallum, Anne McClellan, . What about the Liberals like Alan Rock, yes I know he's now in NY, but he was a Liberal star and oversaw the $2 billion gun registry fiasco, and that woman who ran HRDC and siphoned off another $1 billion. As regards Conservative talent, Peter Kent is a well known media name that you recognise. Many of the Con front benchers have been in the House for a while now and handle themselves very well. Diane Ablonczy, Monte Solberg to name just two.
