Well, I am an attorney. How does that factor into the issue concerning the validity of my opinion in your mind? I've tried hundreds of bench trials & over 50 jury trials....Oh, and I don't know MMMMary- but I do like her photos. I also believe your lawsuit verges on being frivolous, but then again, that's just my opinion...I might reconsider my opinion, in light of your most recent post, which contains allegations I hadn't seen before. Could you post a copy of your amended complaint, or can it be accessed on the web elsewhere?
