I am at a loss here, other than a system restore back to a date when you where in FLA.

I'm sure SI will be able to answer it for you...

Go kite surfing and forget it...LOL

Emails, in general, are ok to open except for ones with attachments, and pics attached.

Download, and then use, a Symantec tool to fix activation problems (for Symantec 2005 programs only)
Most program activation problems can be solved using the SymKBFix3 tool.

To download the SymKBFix3 tool
Close all programs except for your Web browser.
Download the SymKBFix3.exe file found here: ftp://ftp.symantec.com/public/english_us_canada/linked_files/nav/SymKBFix3.EXE to the Windows desktop. (If you previously downloaded an older version of this fix, then click Yes when prompted to replace the existing file.)
When the download completes, if the dialog box does not close, then click Close.
Go on to the "To use SymKBFix3 tool"section.

To use SymKBFix3 tool
On the desktop, double-click the SymKBFix3.exe icon to begin installing the tool.
Click Install.
Click Next on any additional install screens.
Click Finish.
Click Yes to restart the computer. You must restart the computer before continuing to the next step or the fix will not complete successfully.
Reactivate your Symantec product.
Run LiveUpdate again. If you see the error message again, skip to the section "Uninstall and reinstall all Symantec products."
