11:21 GOOG Google upgrade details (224.72 +2.43) -Update- As mentioned at 10:16, UBS upgraded GOOG to Buy from Neutral and raised their tgt to $275 from $220. Firm cites the following rasons: 1) compelling valuation; 2) new product catalysts, such as super browser and other new high-potential products; 3) large companies are increasing online ad budgets; 4) GOOG's acceptance of brand advertising and site targeting; and 5) robust int'l growth, particularly in Europe.
