Springs provided the water. 200 acres of timber. 6 duck blinds that were rented to guys who couldn't call a duck with a cell phone and too drunk to hit any flying by. Some guys tried deer hunting and complained about no deer. In one case a guy complained about no deer and I had watched 32 deer walk by him in one hour. Most of the "hunters" rented motel rooms for the hunting season and spent more time whoring, drinking and gambling than out in the woods.
