I was never a party to that litigation, only mentioned in it. If I had my wish it would have never happened since 2themart.com Magiarditi and Rubeil where just cooks and was not afraid of them at all. The guy that got it quashed was one of the tmrt stock touts. Guess he or she did not want it to get out who he or she was.
