I was never a party to that litigation, only mentioned in it. If I had my wish it would have never happened since 2themart.com Magiarditi and Rubeil where just cooks and was not afraid of them at all.

The guy that got it quashed was one of the tmrt stock touts. Guess he or she did not want it to get out who he or she was.

To those who actually understand a little about the legal system "quashed" is a "good thing". Means there was no merit to the subpoena. Is there something significant (or even "sinister") in a list of meritless subpoenas?

"...SUBPOENA QUASHED! How many subpoenas naming you have been quashed?"
