Unless you were holding fewer than 13 equivalent SPRU shares, all you had to do was send them to the TA lady, and you got whatever the direct mathematical conversion was returned to you with reasonable dispatch. .....Worked for me..........!!! For those with under 13 equivalent shares, the chaff got blown away - "..tough noogies..". Everything that SPRU/SPRL promised with regards to the consolidation-conversion has happened. The SPRU shars never crashed. ..And, the "..Stinkie-Pinkie..", non-reporting, "..gawd-awful-Mafia-stock.." SPRL shares have risen as high as $0.35. The pps seems to be recovering nicely from the recent 'JIHAD', also. So, there's 140MM shares out there now -- who gives a big rat's tush in the great scheme of things. The SPRL O/S is freakin' "..peanuts.." compared to most companies discussed on these Boards. As the "..little ol' postage-stamp burger lady.." used to say, ...Where's the beef..."!?! I believe the more logical explanation is that the information you got from RB or from your broker was wrong. THe prior shell may have been the source. But you have to realize that shells aren't that meticulous when they are scurrying around, trying to get out of town, grabbing whatever they can <ggg>. The shell people are gone I would assume so I really don't see your point. As I posted before, I would encourage full filing. It would make ME more receptive. But I wouldn't imply something that isn't there and I believe you were doing that and spamming it. With a pink, anything is possible and one can make up almost anything. Most of us ignore the stuff like "going to the moon" or "worthless POS," on Yahoo type boards, so why spam these boards with a speculative bash? Don't get me wrong. I'm not defending the lack of information. I'm only saying that you do not know whether or not there are more than 300 shareholders OF RECORD for a fact.
