The really big joke is..... ...If SPRL was already on the OTCBB, ..and fully reporting, ..most of the sputtering yayhoo's - presumably concerned over it - would promptly expire from Hypoxia - due to the elevated share price...... Ain't these li'l Mafia stocks fun..: barbneal.com John :-) .

I don't think the RB post or my broker was wrong. The I/O was right and back in August. Why would anybody make up a high shareholder number? I doubt it very much that "shell people" are gone. They (700+) would need to hand in valueless paper to their broker. Even Oilysbub said that he was informed that many of the shareholders were lost during the reverse split. The problem here is that fractional were rounded up. So statement is false. The real answer lies with the Company publicly disclosing that number. I will not trust the word of the Transfer Agent. So the more important question to ME is why was there 45,000,000 shares issued, how were they issued, and what price.
