Sergio IDSY: Earnings are to be reported on May 9th. Worth the pre earnings build.. stockcharts.com[m,a]daolyyay[pb50!b200][vc60][iUb14!Lp14,3,3]&pref=G Love the TA on the stock for my type of trade. FA wise.... They depend on Ford for 49% of their rev.'s Target rental for a lesser amount and one other customer for the remainder. Their rev's for the year end increased 72+ percent...very good, but SGA, R and D both increased while interest rec. decreased...while not the end of the world..one would expect an increase in SGA on higher rev's, R and D is simply the cost of growth, but I'm not crazy over the lower interest thing. Investing income increased...a good thing, not enough to offset a HUGE PE of 209 trailing with a 32 going forward...kind of high even on a growth stock. Not much debt, but price to growth is a little high as is price to sales as is price to cash on hand. By all conventional standards the stock is overpriced, but there are some pretty convincing catalysts driving the stock. The big catalyst for the company is going to be TSA..This gov't agency has placed a lot of money with the company to develop their mobile tracking system..SBL is on borad with them also, so...it all comes down to funding from TSA and eventual placement of their system into a very large enviroment. I'd take the earnings trade and then re evaluate. Ken
