Not to get into your personal affairs, but you claim to be an expert in legal matters, specifically the SEC..

Let's examine this statement of yours.

I'll have fun bankrupting him as I clearly told him to keep my personal info private...and does not look like he is doing so.....

So, let's analyze this. YOU voluntarily give someone your personal information. You claim that you can <bankrupt> them? Bankrupt as a verb, hmmmmmmm.

What claim for relief will you allege?

YOU told HIM to keep your information private. Did HE tell YOU that he would? Was there consideration for the promise?
