You can't penetrate a 4 year old girl can you? At least not in the front right? There is nothing there huh? So you feel the emotional problems of a 4 year old boy are to be laughed away while he sleeps with his 24 year old baby sitter and the emotional problems of the 4 year old girl should get her 24 year old baby sitter the death sentence? I fear your bias may be the type causing these unjust laws and I want to understand why you believe that as my redneck friends do. I agree there are many differences, from the chromosomes, to the hormones, to the socialization from a baby for certain roles, but on this issue - a 24 year old woman letting a 4 year old put his hand inside her getting 1 year and an 18 year old having consensual sex with a 15 year old getting 15 years - I feel there is a serious problem and locking up all the men is not going to fix it. What laws or mandatory minimums for women versus men would you think are just and fair - the ones we have now? What is the worse damage to a child throughout thier life - the emotional pain of shame and abuse and being used and betrayed or the physical memory of touching a stinky spot? If jacko touched a little boy in the but that is not as bad as touching the little girl in the front? HUH - you have lost me. Certainly they both will feel betrayed and used and taken advantage of by someone in power and emotionally damaged to equal extents. I cannot allow you to advocate such that a little girl getting touched is far worse than a little boy getting touched - that is a flat lie and I don't see any research to support your ideas. I will keep an open mind though if you have some showing me molested boys turn out successful and happy and molested girls become suicide bombers. I thought boy and girl both had problems? That you would take the side of my redneck friends that it is OK for a 4 year old boy to be taken sexually advantaged of by an adult but not a 4 year old girl makes me think of the word conundrum?!
