So, I suppose what I'm looking for is an exit out of my longs around the 36 Qs area, and then remain flat until an upper rail brake is confirmed - then I'll reenter.

Do you think the q's will hit the upper BB before heading for the lower BB?

Todays action was very strong, and we have closed strongly above the middle BB.

Not much stoch left before a short term top is formed, and willy % looks out of gas....
