Tonto, you are obviously a strong republican. But I'm independent and have never declared any party affiliation.

To me most politicians exhibit sociopathic behavior. I see Bush as even more sociopathic than Kerry.

Kerry didn't lie on TV with Mathews. Mathews cornered him and asked him if he'd sign the form 180 (I don't watch TV so I'm taking everyone's word on this). I think that Kerry answered honestly. In fact he must have signed a form 180 already in order for Brinkley to have access to his Navy records. He even made his medical records available to the press. They were allowed to read them and report on them...but no copies were distributed.

In the face of smear attack already mounted, I understand why Kerry didn't give carte blanch to his records, and as I said before, it was probably a decision made by the campaign, given the heat that the smear vets were generating.

Those same kind of "lies" are told all the time when commentators corner a politician. Bush and Cheney have a long list of such "lies".

Your focusing on this single element seems rather curious, especially when you give a pass to Bush's lies, of which there are many...and much more severe than the little lies of Kerry.

Your imbalance speaks loudly to your preference for Bush.

I'm not a big fan of Kerry. But on the other hand I do think that Bush is the worst president in history...worse than Nixon.
