medical equipment finally catching a bid today, sma started 2 days ago...feel more/more every day stuff like sma/prai the place to be on sell-offs, along with 'exceptions' when they dip down to that 15ish X's forward earnings....tough market. gfig, if I recall from last cc think they will give '05 guidance....not sure if too many market players really understand yet what they do and that they are not in the same sector as say an oxps and mktx...course I could just be flat out wrong too! Feel they can definitely do $1.50(probably more) in '06, giving them a 14-15 forward multiple here at $23...for a company that leads so namy niches and has been one of the innovative derivative leaders and should have quite strong trending forward topline growth, that's just cheap....lots of financials cheap right now, probably will remain so until fed is done..multiples have really contracted in financials past year, big time.
