Agree. From what I can tell there is a "bubble" in the hottest parts of the real estate market (CA being an obvious example). Said bubble will burst, matter of time. But, as you said, this is by no means a uniform phenomenon. In my area -- Mpls./St. Paul, MN -- as in yours, I don't see much of a "bubble" (with some exceptions, of course). Instead I see a steady and growing demand for home ownership, in a part of the US that is among those with the largest influx of new residents. Simply put: location, location, location.
