Ted, There are way more corps. that are only concerned with their bottom line and they could care less if their actions are good for the community in which they are located or even the US. Anyone can create a corporation. The good ones, however, make up a good chunk of the S&P 500 which pretty much defines the American economy. The bad ones, well, will just come and go, along with the winners and the losers. Kind of like Korean restaurants (or Mexican, Indian, Japanese, whatever) in Southern California. Lots of crappy ones to choose from, and they come and go, but the good ones get the business and stick around. Tenchusatsu
