orca. Don't really want to butt in on your conversation but didn't kerry say on TV a month or so ago that he WOULD sign the form 180? If so why would he say that if he had already signed the form 180?

Orca, pay attention. He made the promise after the election and to do so shortly. He has not signed the form...you are not following the information at all.

and now that the election is over, what difference does it make?
