Tell us why he would have to do that. You are not paying attention. Do you always just make up stuff and act like an authority based on pure assumptions?

He would need to sign a separate 180 for each release of information, including releasing information to the general public.

orca. Thanks I was not sure just how that works...just didn't make sense to have to sign it more than once and if he had singed it once why say he would do it again. don't understand. :-)
