Actually I did look at that. However, having grown in an era before radar guns, I know that you can calculate speed from distance / time. I covered that in algebra in high school.

You didn't answer the question. Again, if its that easy, why wasn't the exact speed of the car provided in the report? Why is their no mention of the satellite? And don't bother bringing up your algebra experience.......it doesn't make your case.
