By the way.... hotel rates in NYC right now are absurd... it's almost impossible to find a room in Manhattan, and the ones that are available are price-gouged ($400+ for a 3-star, $200 in The Pennsylvania -- an old flophouse!). They're double what they were a month or two ago. I was told by hotel employees that because the dollar is so weak in comparison to the Euro, that Europeans are flocking to the U.S.... That's nuts. Its a good thing your boss is paying for them. I wonder if the Europeans know how badly they are getting gouged.......and have they thought of San Francisco? ted
