The same setup used for KCS also worked for MHR. Almost gave up on the MHR trades this morning but XEC's earnings annoucement saved the day. XEC and MHR are in the process of a merger and trade locked at .415 MHR to 1.0 XEC

Both are examples of a bounce play off major support. Very profitable and looking forward to using the same strategy using options.

Sorry about the KCS post. I confused the closing prices for KCS and MHR. KCS closed at $14.55, not $15.

Better get some sleep.

Frank - Have you seen Dan Wilson's comments about BEXP on the energyprospectus thread. It's one of his sweet 16 stocks.
